School Council meeting
Our final All Saints School Council meeting will take place this Monday, June 13th at 7:00 in the learning commons. You can access our agenda here. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the many parents and guardians who came out to share their opinions and support our initiatives this year. A special thank you to our council members proper, and the time they put into running numerous activities at the school. Your commitment to your children and our school as a collective is much appreciated.

National Video Contest Winners
L'Association canadienne des professeurs d'immersion française held a contest for grade 9-12 students called "Immersion clip" and three of our students were recognized with a $4,000 scholarship to be used at Ottawa, St. Paul, Sudbury or St. Anne universities. The challenge was to create a 30-90 second video on the topic of "social media and my virtual identity." Congratulations to the following winners: Paige McNeil, Christopher Vidal, and Jalen De Castro.
Grade 8 End of Year Information
The end of the year is quickly approaching! Monday, June 27 is our Academic Awards Ceremony. That Monday morning will begin with student vs teacher games at 8:30 a.m. Students who are participating are reminded to dress appropriately for the planned activities. Parents of grade 8 students are invited to attend the Academic Award Ceremony which will take place on Monday, June 27, at 10 a.m. in the cafeteria gym . This is not a graduation ceremony, but rather an opportunity to recognize the efforts and achievements of our students. Students are asked to dress in Sunday best , rather than formal wear.
For lunch, students are reminded that the cafeteria will be closed and should bring a lunch from home. After lunch, at 12:45 pm, grade 8 students will participate in a semi-formal dance while grade 7s attend regular classes. At the end of the day on Monday, June 27th students will return to their homerooms to receive their report cards.
